    Use a gentle cleanser and warm water. Massage in circular motions to remove impurities. Double cleanse if wearing makeup.

    Massage

    4 minutes

    Apply facial oil and use your hands or a Gua Sha tool. Work from the centre of your face outward and upward. Focus on the jawline, cheeks and forehead.

    💡 If using Gua Sha, hold at a gentle angle with light pressure.

    Mask

    2 minutes to apply, 10 minutes to sit

    Apply a nourishing mask suited to your skin type. Use this time to relax - lie down, close your eyes, breathe deeply.

    Hydrate

    2 minutes

    Remove the mask, apply a hydrating serum, then seal with moisturiser. If you have Ice Globes, gently glide them over the skin to close pores and calm the complexion.

    💡 Store Ice Globes in the freezer for best results.
