A Gentle Note
Before You Arrive
Come as you are - there is no need to arrive with a perfectly prepared body or any particular ritual beforehand. Loose, comfortable clothing is ideal, and staying well hydrated in the hours before your treatment will gently support the work.
A thorough consultation before your treatment lets me shape the session around your health history, your goals and how you are feeling on the day. If you are pregnant, recovering from surgery or injury, or living with any medical condition, please share this ahead of time so I can care for you thoughtfully - and, where needed, alongside your GP or specialist.
In the days that follow, most clients feel notably lighter and clearer. Continuing to drink plenty of water, moving gently and giving the body space to rest will quietly extend the effects of the treatment.
Everything else, you can leave at the door.
