    Womb Restoration

A restorative body ritual for women seeking gentle, attentive care for the womb, abdomen and pelvis.

    A Quiet Offering

    A Ritual Still Taking Shape

This treatment is still in development, but its intention is already clear: to offer women a slow, restorative space where the womb, abdomen and pelvis can be met with patience, skill and deep respect.

I am bringing together three gentle, body-led approaches - Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Myofascial Release and ScarWork® (Sharon Wheeler training) - to create a ritual that supports the soft tissue of the abdomen and pelvis without force, pressure or hurry.

The work will always be led by your body, your comfort and your consent.

    Three Gentle Threads

    What This Ritual Will Hold

    Encourage Flow

    Manual Lymphatic Drainage

Feather-light work to encourage easeful fluid flow, reduce feelings of congestion and heaviness, and support the body's own natural cleansing rhythms.

    Soften & Restore

    Myofascial Release

Slow, receptive touch to soften held tension in the abdominal and pelvic fascia, restore a sense of mobility and space, and help the body feel less guarded.

    Free the Tissue

    ScarWork®

A light, non-invasive approach for women carrying surgical or birth-related abdominal scarring, helping tissue glide more freely and feel less tethered.

    A Note on ScarWork

    Scar Tissue Met With Patience

ScarWork is not another way to force change in the body. It is a quiet, respectful language for speaking with connective tissue - one that Sharon Wheeler has spent decades developing and refining.

The techniques are gentle, simple and rarely uncomfortable, even for newer scars. Rather than pushing or pulling, ScarWork invites scar tissue to soften and re-integrate with the surrounding fascial web. The work often brings both cosmetic ease and a sense of whole-body settling.

Natural and surgical scars of any age may respond, followed by a short period of continued healing and improvement. Every session is led by your comfort and your consent, with no agenda beyond listening well.

This may resonate with women who carry surgical or birth-related abdominal scarring, who feel held or disconnected in their abdomen or pelvis, or who simply long to feel more at home in the centre of their body.

You will be invited, not instructed. The pace will be yours.
